Your guild history and raiding experience, when you started playing ect..

I not have so much experience of raiding and I havnt been in a seriouse guild before.

I think that the movie shows that people who dont know how to act even on comand arnt eligble for raiding

we are having problems sorting our dps slots as it as at the moment and we are taking the dps in on raiding experience.
