Im looking for a raiding guild - i know that i dont have raiding experience but ive read so many guildes, watched hours of videos so all im lacking is the raiding experience lol.
I know that in this guild i would benefit from been around active and friendly raiders, hopefully you will take a chance on me

Ive played wow for best part of 3 - 4 years now, its a shame ive never raided but ive always been unlucky when finding the right group of people do stuff with.
Im friendly, easy to get along with and i hope i can be apart of this guild

Hm.. After checking your char out. it seems like you are stuck in Wotlk content. with alot of int and crit.
(not that its wrong but for raiding you now need spirit also)
you lack enchants.
And you lack a glyph and for more effect in raids i would have changed some of em.
Your talent looks good, tho i would have taking the points away from [Nature's ward] since it's more like a pvp talent.
And max out [moonglow].
you can also take 1 more in on in either [Nature's bounty] or [Furor]

As when you play a druid resto, your cooldowns has alot to do with your healing. No cooldowns no healing.
Are you using a macro for that?
